I don’t like the taste and flavour in the traditional cooked offal, but understand the benefits of these nutrient rich ingredients. Using the supplement daily in my protocol with exercise over the last 3months has changed my body composition. I look leaner and have transitioned fat to muscle more efficiently.

I have purchased sufficient for three months and I figured I'll give it 3 months and see what I think. I'm not one of those people who necessarily notices if a supplement has done me good, I just assume that it's doing something. Hopefully it will work with the thyroid supplement I also bought, to raise my thyroid numbers on my next blood test, and that will tell me if it has been valuable or not. I am doing keto, so figured it wouldn't hurt to make sure I all my nutrients ticked off. On a very positive note, this company is very ethical and quick to address delivery issues without delay and without putting you through the wringer.
