Shipping Costs

All orders within Australia over $99 qualify for FREE standard shipping (3-7 business days). For orders under $99, we offer standard Australia Post delivery rates, calculated at checkout.

Please note that all shipping estimates refer to business days.

Postage Methods

We use Shippit to organise all orders for dispatch and our Standard Courier is Australia Post. When you have placed an order you will be notified via email with your individual tracking number from which you may track your order.

Standard delivery times of 3-7 business days are to be expected.

Orders are packed and ready for distribution within 24 hours of your order being placed, once payment has cleared. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed and you will be notified. If your order is urgent we strongly recommend that you choose Express post for the fastest possible delivery time.

Express Shipping

We use Australia Post to deliver all Express orders. Please note that free shipping does not apply for Express shipping on orders over $99. We offer standard Express courier’s rate, calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Our team processes orders Monday-Sunday and on public holidays. We want to ensure that you’re able to reach someone on our Customer Care Team if you have any questions!

International Shipping

We use DHL for shipping international orders. We deliver worldwide. International courier rates will be applied at checkout. Orders are generally received within 1-3 weeks from the date of order. You can follow the status of your delivery here.

Please note that all applicable customs fees, country-specific duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information as every country is subject to different customs and regulations.

It is a legal requirement that we state the value of your order on the package in order to assist international customs and postage.

Products shipped by 5th Element Wellness are manufactured in a number of countries, including Australia, the US and Europe, and are all compliant with Australian laws and regulations.

How do I create an account?

Please expect standard delivery times of 3-7 working days. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery, your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

Do you ship internationally?

Where is my order?

Once you have purchased a product from us, you’ll receive an email with your delivery tracking number. This email can take up to 48 hours to arrive as we send it at the same time your product is shipped.
