Shipping & Returns

All orders over $99 qualify for FREE Regular Post (3-7 business days). For orders under $99, we offer a flat rate $9.95 for Regular Post. Please note that all shipping estimates refer to business days.

We use Shippit to deliver all orders. When you have placed an order you will be notified via email together with your individual tracking number. This number can be used to track your order here.

Standard delivery times of 3-7 business days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery, your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

We strive to have all orders packed and sent within 24 hours of your order being placed, once payment has cleared. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed and you will be notified. If your order is urgent we strongly recommend that you contact us prior to placing your order, to make sure you will be able to receive your item(s) in time.

Our team processes orders Monday-Sunday and on public holidays. We want to ensure that you’re able to reach someone on our Customer Care Team if you have any questions!

A flat rate of $20 applies to all international orders. Please note we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We use the Australia Post eParcel track and trace service.

Orders are generally received within 1-3 weeks from the date of order. You can follow the status of your delivery with the individual tracking details you receive.

Please note that all applicable customs fees, country-specific duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information as every country is subject to different customs and regulations.

It is a legal requirement that we state the value of your order on the package in order to assist international customs and postage

If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase, simply return the order within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund, including your postage.

This guarantee applies to online orders shipped to Australia only.
