Iso-Phos contains Phosphatidylserine (PS): the main phospholipid in brain cell membranes. It is essential for healthy brain cells, and for maintaining an environment for optimal brain function. PS improves communication between cells in the brain, and supports cognitive function by increasing cell membrane fluidity.
It also supports cell metabolism and the formation of neurotransmitters.
