Men’s Multi 50+ is a comprehensive multivitamin to support overall health and wellbeing – particularly if eating a balanced diet is challenging for you.

This multi-vitamin/mineral nutritional supplement includes optimal quantities of highly absorbable calcium and magnesium for bone, muscle and nervous system health. It contains vitamin A to support immunity and healthy eyes and skin, while Vitamin C and E boost antioxidant support for well protected cells.

Men’s Multi 50+ contains vitamin D for strong bones and immune function, and heart, blood vessels and stress response are supported by tissue-ready form of folate and B12.

Zinc bisglycinate also promotes immune function and healthy skin, and the addition of Chromium to the formula may support healthy blood sugar levels.

No copper or iron are included in this formula.

INTERACTIONS/CONTRAINDICATIONS
5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) supplementation is not recommended concurrent with methotrexate cancer therapy, as it can interfere with methotrexate's antineoplastic activity; however, this folate source has not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate.
