I have purchased sufficient for three months and I figured I’ll give it 3 months and see what I think. I’m not one of those people who necessarily notices if a supplement has done me good, I just assume that it’s doing something. Hopefully it will work with the thyroid supplement I also bought, to raise my thyroid numbers on my next blood test, and that will tell me if it has been valuable or not. I am doing keto, so figured it wouldn’t hurt to make sure I all my nutrients ticked off.
