Where are your products made?

Products shipped by 5th Element Wellness are manufactured in a number of countries, including Australia, the US and Europe, and are all compliant with Australian laws and regulations.

How should I store your products?

Our products should be stored in a cool dry place – please see the individual product label for more information.

I have a question about a product, where do I find the answer?

All products details can be viewed on the specific product page, under the “Description” and “Additional Information” tabs.


How do I create an account?

Please expect standard delivery times of 3-7 working days. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery, your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

How much is postage?

All orders over $99 qualify for FREE Regular Post (3-7 business days). For orders under $99, we offer a flat rate $9.50 for Regular Post.

Can I pick up products in store?

Yes! We have a supplement store at our Gym and Yoga Studio in Fitzroy North, Victoria – check it out here

Where is my order?

Once you have purchased a product from us, you’ll receive an email with your delivery tracking number. This email can take up to 48 hours to arrive as we send it at the same time your product is shipped.
